Payments can be made by cheque to G-Line Products Ltd or by bacs transfer. Please contact us for bank transfer information.


G-Line products can arrange delivery UK and Worldwide, please contact us for specific details on charges.


All Prices are subject to VAT at current rate.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply telephone 07775 535 946 and explain your reasons for return. Then return it to us in its original condition within 16 days from the date of invoice. We will issue a replacement or a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Damaged Goods

If the item is damaged on receipt please contact. We will negotiate with our carriers on your behalf and make appropriate arrangements for a replacement or a refund.

If the item is damaged on return, and the damage is not reported, we may not be able to make a refund.
If the return is due to an error we have made we will also refund the delivery charges.

To return an item, please pack the item securely, enclosing a letter describing the reason for the return to the above address.


G-Line Products will not make refunds or exchanges if:-

A customer has damaged the goods themselves or simply changed their minds about wanting the product.

If you have altered the product in some way.

If you have used the product.
